Welcome to week 5.
Term 2 is flying along. Soon teachers will begin testing and assessing ready for mid year reports.
So much has been happening in rooms 13 and 14.
We have been exploring different ways of greeting familiar people and have had a lot of fun singing the G'day Song.
This week Jorden received an award for using his words to request help in a positive way. Well done Jorden.
In room 13 the children have been very busy practising their reading amongst many things. Gail has been very impressed with each child and their families who are putting in so much time each day practising and enjoying reading together. Well done, room 13 kids!
Gail is away at present so we send her best wishes and look forward to seeing her back at school soon.
I have added a Literacy Centre site for you all to explore early number and literacy concepts in the Sites We Love section.
Enjoy!
