It's Friday!

We always have lots of fun on Fridays.

Today most of the children have brought in their brown teddy bears. So after we welcomed the bears into our room we then took them off on walk for a bears picnic. We looked for lots of things that were brown and saw brown bricks, brown soil, brown leaves, brown window frames, brown beetles, brown tree trunks and a dead tree with brown leaves.

Back at school we mixed paint to make brown. We printed brown hand prints, painted in brown and generally had lots of fun.

We sang lots of songs about bears and brown things.

After lunch we made mud! Glorious mud!
