Hi everyone
I've had difficulties with my internet service so have not been able to update the children's blogs for nearly a week now.
A lot has happened since then.
We have now moved on to learning about the colour orange.
On Monday we went to a wildlife park for our weekly excursion. On the way we played 'spot the orange thing'. We were amazed at how many orange things there were to be found. Unfortunately as we were driving in the bus stopping to take photos was not an option, so we have to rely on our memories of all the things we saw.
some included 4 new orange cars, trucks, many warning signs and lights, orange safety vests, orange letters on the freeway sign telling motorists to make sure they were wearing their seatbelts, orange roses and various other flowers and plants. Wow! so much orange.
Today we have swimming which we love so much. I wonder if we'll see anything orange today??
Tomorrow we have the opportunity to visit another school and watch their dress rehearsal for their school concert. We are really looking forward to this.
On Friday we will make orange jelly boats, carrot muffins and any other orange foods we can think of.
